Command line processing:
    - raw viewer / can handle folders
    - session viewer and step2 / can handle mjs (through command line or open with command)
    - step3 / can handle mjp files (through command line or open with command)
    - all above and step1 / add -h, --help, /h, /? command line parameter help
    * this was the apps can be associated as default open apps for given filetypes

    Ortho mode:
    - all / ortho mode used left mouse button for panning while 3D used right, fixed so both use same buttons
    - all / add rotate posibility
